  Literally everytime I try and call the store no one answers at all. I've been to the store and physically seen them just ignore phone calls even when they're not doing anything. The employees are useless and half the time don't even know what they're doing. A couple of employees are extremely uptight and quite rude. The managers are cool, friendly and helpful but the employees just don't care about the customers. Don't go there unless you want a headache.

  The people here are so friendly! I love coming here. And they have a vast selection of collectables. Finally! A place I can go to get my games and everything I need to geek out. :D
