I ordered flooring 2 weeks ago, scheduled pickup for 11am on a Saturday and here it is one hour later and I have not had anyone be able to send me out the door with me order. Very frustrating! I will never special order for pickup from Loews again. 5 stars for the paint department, negative 100 starts for lousy customer service.
